Qualificações

• Experiência como Tech Lead ou Líder Técnico em equipes de desenvolvimento locais.
• Experiência sólida em Delphi 2006 ou mais recente; Delphi 12 preferível.
• Familiaridade com metodologias ágeis como Scrum e/ou Kanban.

Responsabilidades

• Liderar equipes de desenvolvimento locais, reportando-se ao gerente de engenharia de software na Europa.
• Definir metas e orientar equipes locais.
• Participar de reuniões de planejamento e retrospectiva de sprint.

HIGHLIGHTS OF THIS POSITION: • Hybrid work in Indaiatuba-SP • Mandatory: English fluency, team leadership, Delphi, Oracle, and Agile/Scrum methodologies ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY We are looking for a professional to join a dedicated and enthusiastic team responsible for developing improvements to a Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS) and providing support to the various clients who use this solution. In this role, you will be connected with global teams and have significant involvement in technical decisions as well as local team leadership. RESPONSIBILITIES: • Lead local development teams, reporting to the Software Engineering Manager in Europe • Set goals and guide local teams • Ensure the quality of the team’s development work • Participate in sprint planning and retrospective meetings • Assign and deliver development tasks defined during sprint planning • Estimate complexity and workload • Select the most appropriate technical solutions to meet user requirements • Design, develop, and deploy system changes according to client and business user demands • Provide system support in collaboration with other team members • Work closely with other team members (Engineers/QA) to ensure high-quality deliverables • Ensure that best practices and high-quality standards are implemented and followed REQUIREMENTS: • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or related fields • Experience as a Tech Lead or Technical Leader, managing development teams locally • Solid experience in developing solutions using Embarcadero Delphi 2006 or newer (Delphi 12 preferred) • Strong skills in Oracle PL/SQL for server-side development • Good knowledge of relational databases, preferably Oracle (9i, 11c or newer) • Familiarity with Agile methodologies such as Scrum and/or Kanban • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills • Proven ability to work in partnership with Business Analysts and Software Architects • Comfortable with unit testing and using mocking frameworks in Delphi • Ability to translate business requirements into efficient technical solutions • Experience in Test-Driven Development (TDD) and test automation is desirable • Knowledge of developing Windows Services and/or GUI applications (UI Forms) in Delphi will be considered a significant plus ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: Location: Indaiatuba/SP Advanced and/or fluent English is mandatory, as the role involves working with international teams Work model: Hybrid, with 3 mandatory on-site days per week in the Indaiatuba office Contract type: CLT (Brazilian labor law employment contract) Benefícios: -.
