Job Summary:

Lead a small, independent LATAM team working on PDQ's flagship product Connect.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead backend and frontend development efforts across the team.

• Perform code reviews and mentor developers.

• Coordinate closely with PDQ’s US engineering leadership.

• Take architectural decisions and ensure code quality and delivery pace.

Required Skills:

• Strong expertise in Elixir and Phoenix.

• Experience with React, TypeScript, and GraphQL.

• Familiarity with PostgreSQL and Ecto.

• Experience deploying or integrating on GCP (e.g., Pub/Sub, Kubernetes).

• Full-stack experience with ability to guide both backend and frontend development.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with Material UI (MUI).

• Leadership in distributed, remote teams.
