Responsibilities:

• Monitor activities related to loading, transportation, and maintenance of the road network, ensuring smooth process flow with rational allocation of human and material resources, while guaranteeing quality, safety, and continuous improvement.
• Oversee the operation of loading, transportation, and maintenance of the road network, ensuring industry supply.
• Responsible for executing and implementing micro-planning and schedules within the company's deadlines, ensuring activities are carried out safely, efficiently, and cost-effectively.
• Guide operational teams (internal and/or third-party), ensuring compliance with safety, operational, and quality standards through continuous monitoring.
• Maintain field infrastructure such as machinery, trucks, implements, structures, and support vehicles, making necessary corrections.
• Monitor daily mechanical availability and operational efficiency indicators of equipment, seeking optimal asset utilization.
• Perform and analyze quality control at the first evaluation level focusing on VER AND ACT, ensuring compliance with company parameters for related activities.
• Provide daily updates to supervision/coordination on processes under responsibility, including production, safety indicators, operational planning, etc.
• Support supervision and coordination in developing continuous improvement projects to increase productivity, process quality, and cost optimization.
• Know and adhere to the company's policies on Quality, Safety, Occupational Health, and Environment, ensuring compliance with adopted standards.

REQUIREMENTS

• Complete technical course, preferably in Forestry, Agriculture, or Logistics;
• Valid category B driver’s license;
• Basic Excel skills;
• Knowledge of SGF;
• Experience with forest machinery operations and team management;
• Availability to travel.
