Oddin.gg in São Paulo is seeking an EA FC Team Lead to manage day-to-day operations of a team of approximately 25–30 EA FC players, ensuring staffing, organization, and readiness to support daily operations.

This hands-on role combines people management, scheduling, player coordination, and operational duties. You should understand EA FC, show strong leadership, and communicate confidently in English with international colleagues.

Qualificações

• Experience in team leadership, operations, coordination, or people management.
• Strong knowledge of EA FC and familiarity with competitive gaming.
• Good spoken and written English and confidence communicating with international teams.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced operational environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in gaming, esports, iGaming, or a similar environment is a strong advantage.
• Availability to work on-site in São Paulo and according to the required shifts.

Responsabilidades

• Manage and support a team of approximately 25–30 EA FC players.
• Plan and organize player shifts and schedules
• Regularly monitor shift balance, attendance, and coverage
• Coordinate planned player replacements and SOS/emergency replacements
• Ensure the team remains fully staffed and operational at all times
• Take ownership of the full player lifecycle, from recruitment and selection through onboarding and integration
• Support players with day‑to‑day issues and operational questions
• Handle interpersonal issues and help resolve conflicts within the team
• Organize and support EA FC Recruitment Academies and player selection activities
• Collaborate with other departments and colleagues across the company
• Participate in regular operational meetings
• Maintain regular communication with the Trading Department regarding player performance, operational balance, studio‑related issues, and other relevant topics
• Perform the daily morning routine, including checking player reports and operational updates
• Support the management of minor inventories related to the operation
• Prepare regular operational reports
• Handle additional ad hoc operational tasks when required.
