Amazon is seeking an SVS Team Lead to oversee a team of Brand Specialists. Strategic Vendor Services (SVS) are designed to help Amazon's most strategic vendors grow and enhance customer experience by working across key retail levers such as selection, availability, operational efficiency, catalog quality, and marketing.

The service is primarily delivered through Brand Specialists dedicated to specific vendors. As the Brand Specialist Team Lead for SVS, you will be responsible for impacting a large group of vendors via your team. Your main focus will be to help vendors improve their performance metrics, ensure their satisfaction with the service, and enhance your team's productivity. You will collaborate closely with Vendor Managers to understand vendor needs and set appropriate goals and targets. Regular meetings with Category Leaders will support strategic decision-making.

You will also contribute to ongoing improvements and innovations within the service. The ideal candidate is passionate about people management and development, resourceful, customer-focused, and experienced in delivering results in fast-paced, dynamic environments while managing diverse stakeholder needs.

Key responsibilities include:

  1. Partner with Vendor Managers, Account Managers, and retail category teams to define priorities based on vendor needs.
  2. Manage relationships with key vendors subscribed to SVS.
  3. Lead a team of Brand Specialists, managing joint business plans for a large vendor portfolio to deliver business impact.
  4. Regularly audit metrics to improve vendor and employee experience across categories.
  5. Collaborate with the BR SVS Central team to promote tool adoption, offshore processes, and team productivity.
  6. Develop team skills and allocate resources effectively, fostering talent growth within Amazon.

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Experience in retail, fashion, consumer goods, or consulting.
  • Proactive approach to ownership and business performance.
  • Ability to build effective stakeholder relationships.
  • Business proficiency in English (written and verbal).
  • People management skills.
