Amazon is seeking an SVS Team Lead to manage a team of Brand Specialists. Strategic Vendor Services (SVS) help Amazon's strategic vendors grow and improve customer experience through key retail levers such as selection, availability, operational efficiency, catalog quality, and marketing.
The service is delivered mainly through Brand Specialists assigned to specific vendors. As a Team Lead, you will be responsible for delivering impact to vendors via your team, focusing on improving performance metrics, vendor satisfaction, and team productivity. Collaboration with Vendor Managers and Category Leaders is essential for understanding vendor needs and strategic decision-making.
You will also contribute to ongoing service improvements and innovation. The ideal candidate is passionate about people management, resourceful, customer-focused, and experienced in fast-paced environments with diverse stakeholders.
