Your Responsibilities:

  • Interface alignment with stakeholders (HR Region, HR BP, COE);
  • Disciplinary and technical management of the HR Excellence Hub in line with the defined objectives;
  • Leading, coaching, and developing the HR Excellence Hub team to ensure high performance and effective collaboration;
  • Developing and implementing the long-term goals of the HR Excellence Hub;
  • Ensuring compliance with company guidelines and legal regulations;
  • Analyzing and improving HR processes in the Excellence Hub to increase efficiency and quality;
  • Setting up, develop and optimize HR Excellence Hub Tiering Model to promote innovation and continuous improvement within the HR Excellence Hub, including the further development of self-service system solutions;
  • Ensuring excellent customer Service for internal and external stakeholders (linked to ENERCON's People Experience Management) and seamless integration with ENERCON's HR-IT landscape;
  • Collaboration with the HR Regional Heads, CoEs, Product Owners and Process Owners;
  • Producing regular reports on the performance and activities of the HR Excellence Hub (lead times, quality, efficiency etc.) and ensure integration into ENERCON's HR data analytics approach and HR cockpits;
  • Analysis of data and trends to support decision making on further topics in the HR Excellence Hub.

Your Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or related field;
  • 5+ years in HR roles, with at least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory position;
  • Strongleadershipandcoachingabilities;
  • Excellentcommunicationandstakeholder managementskills;
  • Knowledge of relevant HR policies and procedure;
  • Familiarity with HRIS systems (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors) as a plus;
  • Fluent English is essential, German as a plus;
  • Experience working in multinational environment.
