Qualificações

• University studies in progress in Accounting, Law, Economics, Business Administration or related fields.
• Minimum of 6 months of administrative experience.
• Basic Microsoft Office skills.
• Knowledge of fiscal routines and fiscal documents.
• Internal processes and tax regulation updates training.

Responsibilities

• Keep up to date with tax legislation and fiscal regulations at municipal, state and federal levels by researching official websites and consulting services, ensuring compliance with legal requirements.
• Assist in gathering data, information and documents requested by audits, aiming to ensure compliance with company guidelines.
• Issue tax invoices (Notas Fiscais) for movement of goods, assets and consumable items using internal systems, keeping processes compliant with legal requirements.
• Post fiscal documents in the ERP system using internal tools to keep tax bookkeeping aligned with tax regulations.
• Organize the department's physical and electronic files using the external file management system and by arranging documents in folders and directories on the company's network to facilitate control and retrieval of fiscal records.

Requirements

• Education: University studies in progress preferred (Accounting, Law, Economics, Business Administration or related fields).
• Experience: Minimum of 6 months of administrative experience.
• Computer skills: Basic Microsoft Office.
• Technical skills: Knowledge of fiscal routines and fiscal documents.
