Jobtailor is seeking a tax professional to support clients within an accounting firm. You will record and classify invoices, prepare tax filings, and ensure accurate documentation across federal, state, and municipal duties.

The role involves analyzing accounts, transmitting SPED-related reports where applicable, and providing tax consultancy to clients. This position requires knowledge of Brazilian tax procedures and strong attention to detail.

• Calculate federal, state and municipal taxes
• Perform account analysis and reconciliation
• Review and verify accounting reports
• Submit monthly and annual tax declarations
• Provide tax consultancy support

Responsibilities

• Record and classify invoices and other financial documents
• Calculate federal, state and municipal taxes
• Perform account analysis and reconciliation
• Review and verify accounting reports
• Manage direct and indirect taxes
• Handle federal, state and municipal ancillary tax obligations
• Enter invoices into the system
• Route tax documents internally
• Submit monthly and annual tax declarations
• Submit ancillary filings for companies under the Presumed Profit (Lucro Presumido) regime
• Validate and transmit GIA, SPED Fiscal, SPED Contribuições, ISSQN, withholding reports, and DCTF
• Responsible for calculating and submitting obligations for clients under the Real Profit (Lucro Real) regime
• Provide tax consultancy support
• Fill out tracking spreadsheets
• Client service
• File tax documents
• Perform other related tasks
