Job Opening: Tax Analyst at Novonesis

Main Responsibilities:

• Issue invoices for non-commercial and import operations
• Post and control importation costs and taxes
• Ensure accurate tax calculations on import declarations and facilitate immediate payments
• Assist in executing accessory obligations and calculating taxes such as ICMS, ISS, IPI, PIS, COFINS, and withholdings
• Issue tax bills for own and withheld taxes
• Contribute to process improvements and automation
• Analyze and verify invoices for goods and services, ensuring correct bookkeeping according to tax legislation
• Provide updated information on tax legislation and regulations to business areas
• Collaborate with the service center for timely bookkeeping and troubleshooting
• Support other fiscal/tax-related demands

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting
• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in English
• Knowledge of Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Experience with ERP systems such as Totvs and SAP
• At least 2 years of relevant experience
• Availability to work in Valinhos/SP
