Your Workplace

This position involves work on a national scale across all regions of Brazil, requiring frequent travel. The base location is Jundiaí, with a preference for residence in the Southeast region (e.g., São Paulo, Mato Grosso).

The candidate will be responsible for implementing Massey Ferguson's strategy aligned with brand guidelines, considering regional characteristics such as market share, volumes, and full portfolio implementation. This includes defining the Commercial Plan for each dealership, ensuring market actions support DPLAN achievement, developing and executing Dealer's Commercial Plans, analyzing market share, growth opportunities, and regional data. The role also involves reviewing and updating retail plan targets, adjusting for market variations and seasonality, and aligning product mix strategies with DPlan. Additionally, the candidate will serve as a key contact for product-market demands and product development.

Your Impact

  • Manage Commercial Dealer Plan initiatives linked to Incentive Plan results.
  • Define marketing communication strategies for advertising, promotion, brand dissemination, field days, regional fairs, and customer events.
  • Oversee national demonstration plans in partnership with dealers, tracking results and achievements.
  • Collaborate closely with sales teams on regional actions and customer support programs for Premium Massey Ferguson customers.
  • Engage with large customers and farmers regularly.

Your Experience and Qualifications

  • Degree in Agronomy, Agricultural Engineering, or related field.
  • Product knowledge across tractors, combines, implements, sprayers, hay tools, and precision agriculture.
  • Market knowledge in agriculture, customer segmentation, and relationship programs.
  • Experience in marketing (advertising and promotion) and sales funnel management.
  • Intermediate English proficiency (writing and communication).
