Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Sourcing Lead to join our Staffing Solutions team, specializing in Senior Tech, Finance, and Marketing roles. You will play a critical role in building world-class teams for our U.S.-based clients, with a strong focus on talent pools across Brazil, Mexico, and Colombia. Leveraging cutting-edge AI-driven tools and deep market expertise, the Sourcing Lead will drive efficiency and scalability in our recruitment processes, ensuring that our clients have access to top-tier talent.

The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of technical recruiting, market trends, and best practices, and is experienced in building and leading high-performance sourcing teams. They are also skilled at identifying the nuances of specific job roles and aligning candidate strengths with organizational culture and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sourcing Strategy Development: Design and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract top senior talent in Technology, Finance, and Marketing, with a focus on Brazil, Mexico, and Colombia.

  • Partner Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers and recruiters to understand business needs and develop robust talent pipelines.

  • Talent Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future staffing needs.

  • Market Research: Conduct in-depth market analysis to identify talent pools, industry trends, and competitive intelligence across LATAM.

  • Advanced Sourcing Techniques: Utilize Boolean searches, talent mapping, competitive research, and AI-driven platforms to enhance sourcing efficiency.

  • Candidate Engagement: Drive a high-touch candidate experience by engaging and nurturing passive candidates throughout the hiring process.

  • Networking & Relationship Building: Cultivate relationships with industry professionals, university networks, and passive candidates across key LATAM regions.

  • AI-Driven Sourcing: Utilize AI-powered platforms for candidate identification, screening, and engagement to enhance sourcing efficiency.

  • Data-Driven Insights: Leverage data analytics and recruitment metrics to inform sourcing strategies and optimize performance.

  • Sourcing Tool Management: Manage and optimize ATS, CRM platforms, and other sourcing tools.

  • Team Mentorship: Mentor and coach junior sourcers to elevate team performance and knowledge-sharing.

  • Diversity and Inclusion: Ensure sourcing practices align with DEI goals and industry best practices.

  • Nuanced Role Identification: Assess the specific requirements and cultural fit for each job role, ensuring alignment with both client expectations and market standards.

Qualifications
  • Experience: 6+ years of sourcing or recruiting experience, with a focus on senior roles in Tech, Finance, and Marketing, particularly in Brazil, Mexico, and Colombia. At least 2+ years in a leadership position within a Sourcing Department/Team. Experience building sourcing teams from scratch is highly preferred.

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent work experience).

  • Skills:

    • Proficiency with sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, Stack Overflow, Boolean searches, ATS platforms).

    • Strong understanding of technical roles, industry trends, and the U.S./LATAM job markets.

    • Experience utilizing AI-driven recruitment tools to enhance candidate sourcing and engagement.

    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

    • Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze metrics and optimize sourcing efforts.

    • Ability to manage multiple priorities and thrive in a high-growth, fast-paced environment.

    • Expertise in identifying job role nuances and matching candidates with organizational culture and business needs.
