Join Our Team as a Sourcer at Globy! (Entry - mid level)

Location: Remote | Type: Full-Time

Requirements:

• Experience working with LinkedIn or any other Social Media
• Familiarity with hiring practices and stages (screening, interview, assessment, onboarding)
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy
• A problem-solver mindset with the ability to stay calm under pressure
• Comfortable working with targets, KPIs, and tight deadlines

Activities:

• Source and send high-volume headhunting invitations via LinkedIn.
• Collect and verify candidate contact details (emails, LinkedIn, WhatsApp) with speed and accuracy.
• Add candidates to the ATS, ensuring complete and up-to-date records.
• Occasionally conduct initial screening calls in English.
• Post job ads, screen resumes, and manage early-stage outreach
• Coordinate and schedule interviews across global time zones
• Ensure high-quality standards throughout every stage of the hiring pipeline
• React swiftly to last-minute changes (e.g., cancellations, reschedules)
• Hit daily/weekly sourcing goals tied to hiring KPIs and performance metrics.
