Overview

Job Summary: Talent Partners (HR Business Partners) partner with our business leaders to drive the achievement of our goals through exceptional people practices. You will support the Clinical organization, be a critical member of Talent and Organization (TAO), and report to the Manager, Clinical Talent Partners.

Responsibilities

• Be a partner to the Clinical organization, working with leaders to build talent and workforce plans that deliver business results
• Build program infrastructure for repeatable employee experience processes and thought partnership for continuous improvement and new initiatives.
• Partner with Clinical leaders for efficient workforce planning and organizational design.
• Provide employee relations support to assist employees and leaders in resolving issues.
• Assess leadership and employee development needs, make recommendations, and implement appropriate solutions.
• Provide appropriate coaching and development feedback to leaders and team members.
• Partner with the HR People Analytics team to identify and interpret trends in complex data sets to tell a compelling story about our employees and inform decision-making across the company.
• Partner with the HR Operations and Benefits team to support leave programs and accommodations for assigned client teams.
• Partner with the broader TAO team to design, communicate and implement core HR systems and projects, from change management to goal-setting to engagement surveys, taking lead ownership for these processes related to assigned client teams.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree or equivalent related experience
• At least 5+ years of HR Business Partner experience or other relevant work experience
• Expertise in engaging and supporting a dynamic, distributed (remote or multi-location) workforce
• Strong experience with employee relations issues and workplace accommodations
• Strong understanding and experience supporting a variety of employment types; exempt and non-exempt, part and full-time, employed and independent contractors
• Strategic and empathetic thinker, quick to recognize challenges and their real and potential impact on employees
• Perceptive and thoughtful in identifying issues and developing appropriate solutions
• Strong collaboration skills, ability to build trust, and provide effective coaching
• Maintain confidentiality and navigate sensitive matters with empathy and thoughtfulness
• Initiative and enthusiasm to contribute in a high-demand environment
• Ability to travel at least 1x per quarter - additional travel may be required depending on business needs
• Experience in a healthcare organization, supporting Clinical Teams (Physicians, Psychiatrists, Psychologists, Therapists, Nurse Practitioners) and leaders in a Clinical setting (hospital, health system, virtual care delivery company) is strongly preferred

Pay and Benefits

Pay: The United States new hire base salary target ranges for this full-time position are:

• Zone A: $98,540.00 - $116,460.00 + equity + benefits
• Zone B: $108,394.00 - $128,106.00 + equity + benefits
• Zone C: $118,248.00 - $139,752.00 + equity + benefits
• Zone D: $128,102.00 - $151,398.00 + equity + benefits

This range reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for candidates based on their respective Zone. Compensation structures and ranges are tailored to each zone\'s unique market conditions to ensure fair and competitive compensation. Your Recruiter can share your geographic zone upon inquiry.
