We are actively seeking an experienced "hands-on" Human Resources professional with a strong work ethic who can play a key leadership role within Peloton’s People Services team. This is a unique opportunity for an ambitious, proactive, and experienced HR professional to contribute to a rapidly growing 950+ employee firm globally.

As a Talent & HR Leader, you will be responsible for:

  • Talent Acquisition Leadership: Provide hands-on leadership to Peloton’s LATAM Talent Acquisition function and People Services team, making the bridge between the local and global team
  • Provide leadership within the Talent Acquisition function building your brand as a Trusted Talent Advisor and ensuring a high-quality delivery function.
  • Partnership with hiring managers, practice stakeholders, and staffing leadership to identify and clearly define hiring priorities.
  • Ownership over a set of strategic recruiting priorities and ensure ongoing building of talent pipeline to support strategic roles.
  • Define, evaluate, and create efficiencies within the Talent Acquisition function that includes, but are not limited to the interview and hiring processes, workforce, and hiring plans.
  • In collaboration with the VP, Global Talent Acquisition, help to define and refine recruiting strategy consistent with Peloton’s overall business strategy and growth goals.
  • Mentorship of LATAM based Talent Acquisition team members, as well as any future LATAM TA team hires.
  • Ensure Peloton adherence to any regulatory and internal compliance requirements for recruiting and screening candidates, as well as job postings.
  • Provide additional support over Peloton’s social media presence to create visibility to Peloton’s openings and develop excitement around the Peloton brand.
  • Function as an ambassador of culture, value, work environment, business strategies, benefits, and other areas of interest to a candidate, as necessary.
  • Human Resources: Provide hands-on leadership and mentorship to Peloton’s LATAM HR Function and People Services team.
  • Lead Peloton’s onboarding process to ensure team members are baselined in Peloton’s processes and expectations and have a positive entry into the company
  • Provide support of Peloton’s performance management and improvement systems, inclusive goal setting, feedback mechanisms, the annual review process and promotion cycles
  • Proactively assess team and manager development needs, make recommendations, and implement appropriate development solutions
  • Execute talent management strategies to support a team’s growth and individual development plans
  • Integrate and partner with HR colleagues through recruiting, compensation, and legal to support Peloton’s growing needs
  • Find ways to foster culture, maximize workplace relationships, boost productivity and the ultimate retention of team members
  • Point of contact for employee relations, acts as a confidential resource and safe harbor for associates
  • Ensure Peloton adherence to any regulatory and compliance requirements. Remain current with HR policies, laws, and best practices

Required Experience & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree with 10+ years of experience in Human Resources and Talent Acquisition with at least 5+ years supporting business leaders and executive stakeholders.
  • Working knowledge and experience in multiple Human Resource disciplines including organizational design, succession planning, performance management, diversity/inclusion, compensation and rewards, recognition programs, culture development, employee engagement, coaching/development, talent management, conflict resolution, talent acquisition, and employee relations
  • At least 2 years of experience leading and mentoring a team of 3 or more HR and/or Talent Acquisition professionals with an ability to drive key performance metrics and goal-oriented results of a Talent team.
  • Prior experience within the consulting industry, with a preference on technology implementation consulting industry experience.
  • Expertise in the LATAM market, with specific focus on market conditions, hiring, and compensation trends.
  • Experience acting as a trusted Talent Advisor and partner to business leaders and Executive Stakeholders to meet shared objectives.
  • An ability to work through organizational dynamics, policy, and process with demonstrated conflict management skills
  • Proven experience driving a process or project that has made a significant impact on a team or the goals of an organization
  • Experience with LinkedIn and other sourcing tools: utilizing LinkedIn Recruiter, as well as LinkedIn projects to source active and passive candidates.
  • Proven success in managing a set of strategic hiring priorities and maintaining a talent pipeline.
  • Skills/Experience in Microsoft Office: PPT, Excel
  • Experience with the use of technology in workflow, such as the use of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
  • Must be Bi-Lingual (Portuguese and English) with strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Action-oriented, organized, detail oriented, and a passion to work in an entrepreneurial environment
  • A good sense of humor!

Additional Desired Skills:

  • Experience within the Oracle Consulting space
  • Experience recruiting across Oracle Cloud applications: ERP, SCM, HCM, EPM, Data Analytics, Reporting, and/or Integration.
