Job Description

You’ll start your day checking campaign performance metrics and reviewing candidate engagement data. Later, you might meet with a regional TA partner to brainstorm content for an upcoming hiring initiative. By mid-day, you're drafting copy for a new social campaign and giving feedback on creative assets. You'll wrap up by collaborating with the global brand team to align on a major launch or EVP update. Every day, you're building something bigger—an employer brand that speaks to people’s values and aspirations.
Required Education, Experience, and Skills
You’re a storyteller, strategist, and innovator with a passion for shaping how people experience brands. With a background in marketing, employer branding, or recruitment marketing, you thrive in fast-paced, purpose-driven environments. You bring:
Experience in digital marketing, employer branding, or talent attraction.
Strong understanding of social media strategy, CRM platforms, and engagement campaigns.
A collaborative spirit, with a knack for building cross-functional partnerships.
Curiosity and a data-driven mindset—you're eager to test, learn, and iterate.
Cultural awareness and an inclusive approach to messaging and outreach.
