Job Description

The Position

As a Global Talent Attraction Coordinator, you will be a key member of our Global Talent Attraction team. You will be responsible for providing Human Resource administrative support to internal and external stakeholders across the company network in support of requisition assignment and preparation, interview scheduling, offer and contract creation, and onboarding new hires to ensure a best-in-class new hire experience. You will also contribute to process design and ongoing development of our Global Talent Attraction processes.

Responsibilities:

  1. Partner with Talent Attraction Business Partners on various tasks to support the job posting and candidate recruiting lifecycle process, e.g., assigning and prepping job requisitions, scheduling candidate interviews, offer letter/contract submission, and onboarding new hires.
  2. Provide support to Hiring Managers and Candidates from the time an offer is accepted through the first 30 days of employment, focusing on welcoming and establishing a sense of belonging for the candidate with the Company. Also, offer guidance to both the Candidate and Hiring Manager in all new hire/onboarding tasks.
  3. Support in resolving escalated issues, serving as a point of contact for all Candidate/New Hire and Hiring Manager inquiries, proactive communications on steps in the process, and oversight of ancillary processes such as letter or contract generation.
  4. Initiate and facilitate relevant global background check processes and ensure that all necessary employee profile data is accurate and complete in the Company’s Human Resources Information System (HRIS).
  5. Establish rapport and connectivity with each Candidate for the duration of the support period, ensuring the Candidate feels welcomed and supported in the interview and onboarding process. Connectivity with each Candidate will be frequent and will include both live conversations as well as email exchanges.
  6. Align closely with HR Business Partners and HR Service Delivery, among other support teams, to ensure a positive, successful interview and onboarding experience for the candidate and hiring manager.
  7. Act as a functional area subject matter expert to oversee end-to-end hiring administration and excellent customer experience.
  8. Partner proactively with HR Service Delivery to provide guidance and coaching; identify when additional training or knowledge is needed to prevent escalations.
  9. Apply appropriate knowledge and judgment when non-scripted answers are required.
  10. Research and analyze data and information and navigate multiple systems, resources, and tools to investigate and provide accurate answers.
  11. Participate in special projects or teams as assigned.

Required Experience and Skills

  1. Fluent in Spanish, Portuguese, and English.
  2. A minimum of two years of related work experience, preferably in Talent Attraction/Acquisition, but otherwise minimally in Human Resources, Shared Services, or another area of customer care.
  3. Excellent customer service skills, including active listening, translating client needs, and employee engagement skills.
  4. Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and quality.
  5. Exceptional oral and verbal communication skills.
  6. Highly organized with the ability to coordinate and pursue multiple efforts simultaneously.

Preferred Education, Experience, and Skills

  1. Bachelor’s or Vocational degree or, in lieu of degree, applicable years of experience.
  2. Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  3. Experience with multi-national recruitment or onboarding dealing with various cultures is a plus.
  4. Working knowledge of the Workday applicant tracking system and Phenom CRM is strongly desired.
  5. Ability to work independently and coordinate with key partner groups.
  6. Know when to properly escalate issues.
  7. Understanding of different roles and responsibilities within the Global Talent Attraction function. Applied judgment and professionalism.
