This is a full-time role with potential for a 6-month temporary contract extension.

Talent Acquisition Analyst | People Management | Expert in Global Recruitment for Finance and Technology Sectors

Customer Intelligence Inc. is a professional consulting and marketing services company that delivers innovative solutions to help clients achieve growth. While CI specializes in the financial sector, we also collaborate with payment brands, fintechs, processing systems, and technology companies across LATAM.

We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist with solid experience recruiting for the financial services, payments, banking, or fintech industries.

Please note: Candidates without recent or relevant experience in these sectors will not be considered.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related fields.
  • 5+ years of experience recruiting executive/senior-level professionals, particularly in financial services and payments (e.g., acquiring, switching, loyalty, fintech).
  • Strong understanding of the LATAM financial ecosystem (acquiring, banking partnerships, switching platforms, etc.).
  • Proven ability to lead end-to-end recruitment processes with hiring managers and global stakeholders.
  • Excellent consultative and stakeholder management skills.
  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
  • ️ Experience with Workday or similar ATS (nice to have).

Languages (mandatory):

• Advanced English

  • Lead executive searches across strategic financial areas: merchant acceptance, issuing/acquiring, switching, and loyalty programs.
  • Design and implement sourcing strategies for senior-level positions in LATAM.
  • Conduct structured and competency-based interviews.
  • Align with hiring managers on role scope, compensation, and timelines.
  • Deliver high-quality shortlists backed by rationale and market benchmarks.
  • Manage negotiations and closing stages, ensuring a great candidate experience.
  • Maintain accurate progress tracking and process reporting.
  • 6-month temporary contract (strong extension potential)
