Responsibilities

• Develop relationships with Hiring Managers to align recruitment strategies with business needs.
• Provide coaching and training in the end-to-end recruitment process.
• Manage full-cycle recruitment, including job descriptions, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offers.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition Sourcers for sourcing hard-to-fill roles.
• Assess candidates through interviews, tests, and other techniques.
• Partner with hiring managers to develop sourcing strategies and talent pipelines.
• Participate in meetings with HR and business stakeholders on recruitment updates.
• Support recruitment marketing, employer branding, and diversity initiatives.
• Contribute to projects related to Talent Acquisition and Employer Branding.
• Handle international hires and assignments in collaboration with HR Services and Global Mobility.
• Draft, review, and negotiate employment agreements.
• Communicate offers and explain total rewards to candidates.

Qualifications
