What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Define and reinforce a consistent recruiting process to enhance candidate and hiring manager experiences
  • Build cross-functional partnerships with various departments, including compensation and human resources

What is Required (Qualifications):
  • 3+ years of full cycle recruiting experience in a biotech, pharma, or technology company
  • Proven ability to act as a trusted advisor and hiring partner throughout the recruiting process
  • Strong capability to operate effectively in high-velocity environments and clarify ambiguous situations
  • Experience in sourcing and closing candidates for roles from entry-level to senior management
  • Excellent customer service and solutions-oriented focus
