What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 3+ years of full cycle recruiting experience in a biotech, pharma, or technology company
- Proven ability to act as a trusted advisor and hiring partner throughout the recruiting process
- Strong capability to operate effectively in high-velocity environments and clarify ambiguous situations
- Experience in sourcing and closing candidates for roles from entry-level to senior management
- Excellent customer service and solutions-oriented focus
