What to Expect
  • Recruit and evaluate external candidates through various sources and techniques

What is Required (Qualifications)
  • 2-5 years of full life cycle, high volume, corporate or agency recruitment experience
  • Bachelor's degree or related experience
  • Creative sourcing and pipelining experience, including social media platforms
  • Ability to influence strategy and provide mentoring and counseling
  • Experience with researching, generating, and converting searches into a qualified candidate pool
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Experience in a fast-paced, high-volume recruitment environment
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment software
