What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Drive US and Expat recruitment activity by screening and interviewing prospective employees
- Proactively source talent through multiple channels to meet recruitment needs
- Manage temporary and permanent vacancies, ensuring priorities are met
- Partner with Operations to support intern and apprentice programs, including the SkillBridge Program
- Lead advertising, shortlisting, and negotiations with successful candidates
What is Required (Qualifications)
- Proven track record in direct sourcing and interviewing, preferably in Aviation, Defense, Engineering, or Maintenance
- Experience in sourcing candidates across multiple channels, including job boards like Indeed and LinkedIn
- Strong knowledge of recruitment and selection processes in the US and preferably internationally
- Highly proficient in MS Office
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally for recruitment activities
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
- Experience operating in the Aviation or Defense sectors
- Familiarity with niche job boards and innovative sourcing techniques
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion
