Talent Acquisition Optimization Specialist

As a Talent Acquisition (TA) Optimization Specialist for both North and South America, you will play a pivotal role in executing TA programs and systems, including the technical infrastructure that supports Kimberly-Clark’s regional talent acquisition strategy. Partnering closely with cross-functional teams—including HR Operations and Technology—you will ensure the seamless deployment and optimization of TA systems and processes. Your technical expertise and data fluency will empower TA leaders to manage the TA supply chain with precision and agility.

Responsibilities
  • Analyze large datasets to identify trends, bottlenecks, and opportunities in the Talent Acquisition (TA) process.
  • Develop dashboards and reports to support data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement.
  • Present actionable insights to the TA Optimization Lead and regional stakeholders.
  • Identify and implement lean process improvements to reduce inefficiencies and duplicative work.
  • Ensure global compliance while adapting solutions to local market needs.
  • Support vendor management and enhancements for recruitment tools (e.g., job boards, background checks, CRM).
  • Configure, maintain, and optimize TA systems like Workday and Avature, including AI tools.
  • Collaborate on system enhancements and participate in regional TA and HR transformation initiatives.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Information Systems, or related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in talent acquisition operations or HR technology.
  • Strong technical proficiency in Workday, Avature, or similar ATS/CRM platforms.
  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills; experience with data visualization tools preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze complex data and translate findings into strategic recommendations.
  • Experience working in a matrixed, global organization across time zones and cultures.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
