A Snapshot of Your Day

The Talent Acquisition Leader for Latin America will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy that aligns with the organization’s goals across the region. This role will focus on streamlining recruitment operations, enhancing talent attraction efforts, and tracking KPIs to measure effectiveness. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of the Latin American labor market, and fluency in Portuguese, Spanish, and English.

  • Lead and mentor a team of recruiters across Latin America, fostering collaboration and excellence.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements in the region.
  • Monitor KPIs to evaluate recruitment effectiveness.
  • Build strong relationships with business leaders to understand talent needs and develop impactful strategies.
  • Ensure recruitment practices are equitable and inclusive at all levels.

What You Bring

  • Proven experience managing recruitment operations in Latin America.
  • Fluency in Spanish and English; Portuguese is a plus.
  • Proficiency in recruitment software and HR systems.
  • Ability to interpret data to inform decisions.
  • Willingness to travel up to 10% of the time.
  • Strategic thinking and a passion for recruitment.
