Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the business to understand teams’ organization structure, responsibilities, strengths/weaknesses, and key business drivers. Use this information to develop effective recruiting strategies.
- Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through proactive market research and ongoing relationship management, focusing on candidate fit and motivation rather than just selling a role. Ensure all sourcing channels are quickly established and utilized.
- Implement a sound recruiting process to scale the business, including guidance on job descriptions, levels, selection process & criteria, closing, and onboarding.
- Participate actively in the full recruitment cycle, emphasizing assessment skills to screen and evaluate candidates to maintain high standards.
- Lead hiring calibration and decision-making processes, including managing offer proposals and negotiations.
- Analyze recruitment data to identify issues and root causes, facilitating continuous improvement.
- Spend time on ongoing education and enablement for hiring managers and interviewers to promote best practices and uplift recruiting skills organization-wide.
- Lead or participate in cross-team recruiting and HR projects as needed.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of strategic recruiting experience, preferably in an international business context.
- Proven success in recruiting for complex and senior-level positions.
- Strong understanding of global labor markets and international hiring practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
- High discretion and professionalism.
