IQVIA in São Paulo, Brazil, is seeking a Talent Acquisition Assistant to support LATAM recruitment operations. This hybrid full-time role partners with recruiters and stakeholders to ensure a positive candidate experience and efficient hiring processes across Brazil and Latin America.

The successful candidate will coordinate interviews, help with sourcing via LinkedIn and other channels, assist with job postings and employer branding, and provide administrative support to the Talent Acquisition

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
• Experience in recruitment or coordinating roles is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Experience with MS Office, ATS platforms, or LinkedIn preferred.
• Intermediate English and/or Spanish.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

As a Talent Acquisition Assistant , you will support recruitment activities across Latin America, partnering with recruiters and stakeholders to ensure a positive candidate experience and efficient hiring processes. The role combines recruitment coordination, talent market insights, sourcing support, and administrative activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Support candidate sourcing initiatives through LinkedIn and other recruiting channels.

• Provide general administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.


• Previous experience in recruitment, talent acquisition coordination, administration, or customer-facing support roles is a plus.


• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.


• Experience working with MS Office, ATS platforms or LinkedIn is preferred.


• Intermediate level of English and/or Spanish.


• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
