BairesDev is seeking a TA Operations Analyst to power our recruitment engine with data-driven insights. You will transform complex datasets into actionable guidance, optimize hiring workflows, and ensure TA strategies are accurate and effective.

You will work 100% remotely with an emphasis on English communication, collaboration with global teams, and data-driven decision-making to improve ROI across talent acquisition.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in talent acquisition, data analytics, or operations.
• Proven SQL and advanced spreadsheets for data extraction and analysis.
• Experience optimizing talent acquisition workflows and managing candidate pipelines.
• Ability to build recruitment dashboards and report on KPIs.
• Advanced proficiency in English.

Responsibilities

• Extract and analyze recruitment data using SQL and advanced spreadsheets to identify trends and process bottlenecks.
• Design and maintain recruitment dashboards to provide real-time visibility into KPIs.
• Partner with TA leadership to streamline sourcing pipelines and improve recruitment ROI.
• Conduct deep-dive analysis into talent acquisition funnels to support workforce planning.
• Ensure the integrity and accuracy of data within ATS for high-quality reporting.

As a TA Operations Analyst, you will empower our recruitment engine by transforming complex datasets into actionable strategic insights. You will drive operational excellence by optimizing hiring workflows and ensuring our talent acquisition strategies are rooted in data-driven precision.

What You'll Do
