Legacy Strong is hiring a Systems Specialist to join our growing team. This role is for high-performers with deep expertise in GoHighLevel, Notion, AI, automations, and funnels , and who thrive on building the systems that drive efficiency and scale.

About the Role

As a Systems Specialist , you’ll be the backbone of our operations : creating, integrating, and optimizing systems so the business can run smoothly and scale quickly. From client pipelines to internal workflows, your work ensures everything functions seamlessly.

We’re looking for someone technical, highly organized, and proactive. Someone who can take complex processes and turn them into streamlined, automated systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Build, manage, and optimize GoHighLevel pipelines, automations, and integrations .
• Create Notion dashboards and knowledge bases for the team.
• Design and maintain funnels and landing pages that convert.
• Implement AI tools to automate tasks and increase efficiency.
• Troubleshoot and improve existing systems for reliability and scale.
• Document processes and train team members on new systems.

Required Qualifications

• Notion Expertise (Mandatory) : Strong background creating dashboards, databases, and templates.
• Automation & Funnel Knowledge : Skilled in designing and optimizing workflows and funnels.
• English Proficiency : Excellent communication skills (written and spoken).
• Organized & Detail-Oriented : Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience integrating AI into workflows and client systems .
• Track record of scaling businesses through system optimization.
• Bilingual (English / Spanish)
