Systems Integration & Automation Expert Needed for Rapid Deployment

We’re seeking a skilled Integration & Automation Expert to assist with a fast-moving initiative aimed at simplifying and connecting workflows across a variety of software platforms. This is a project-based role ideal for someone who thrives on untangling system complexities and turning them into clean, automated processes.

You’ll be stepping into a project already underway, collaborating closely with a project manager, and helping ensure momentum is maintained toward completion. While this is a short-term contract, strong performance could lead to additional opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Create and refine integrations across business-critical tools (finance, ops, PM systems, etc.)
• Continue or optimize setup work that’s already in progress
• Guarantee clean, timely, and error-free data flow between systems
• Clearly document solutions so non-technical stakeholders can understand and maintain them
• Collaborate in real-time with our team during Eastern Time (ET) working hours

What We Value

• Strong diagnostic and integration skills — someone who can quickly figure out how tools should talk to each other
• Experience with platforms like Make, Zapier, or similar workflow tools
• Ability to simplify the complex: you can break down logic and architecture for others
• Willingness to jump into midstream work and adapt to the existing approach
• Availability during ET business hours for collaborative work sessions

This Role Is NOT:

• A permanent operations role (though more work may be offered after project completion)

• A step-by-step task gig — we need a problem-solver, not just a task executor
