NTT DATA is seeking a Systems Integration Advisor in Sao Paulo, Brazil, to design and manage Enterprise Roles within the SailPoint ecosystem. The role focuses on RBAC optimization, role mining, and governance with business stakeholders and application owners.

Requirements include 5+ years IAM experience, 4+ years SailPoint IIQ, 2+ years SailPoint ISC, and strong communication and presentation skills. Knowledge of ServiceNow, Java/PowerShell, Entra ID, Okta or CyberArk is a plus.

• Design, develop, implement, and maintain Enterprise Business Roles within the SailPoint ecosystem.
• Perform role mining, role analysis, and RBAC optimization.
• Partner with business stakeholders and application owners to govern role structures.
