Job Title

UNIX & SQL Production Support Engineer

Responsibilities

• Actively provide support for resolution of L2 issues with detailed analysis.
• Help in code fixes and rigorous testing where required.
• Good knowledge of Unix, SQL, and scripting languages.
• Support product servers and clients on cutting‑edge platforms.
• Contribute to continuous improvement and continuous delivery.
• Continually focus on enhancing application performance.
• Work effectively in collaboration with other team members.
• Provide technical feedback and support to development teams.
• Perform detailed RCA of production issues and implement corrective actions.
• Validated collaboration and communication skills, leading in a global environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of relevant experience in application maintenance and support.
• Unix, SQL, and knowledge of other scripting languages.
• Proficiency in programming languages—preferably Java.
• Minimum five years of experience, or strong offer for lower experience levels.
• Past experience in positions such as support engineer, production support, technical analyst, software engineer, or application support.
