What you will do:

• Develop detailed test cases and execute both manual and automated tests to verify the functionality, performance, and security of systems and applications.
• Create and maintain test automation scripts, ensuring adequate test coverage and process efficiency.
• Document test results and report bugs, defects, and inconsistencies found, collaborating with the development team to resolve these issues.
• Utilize agile methodologies and testing tools, such as JIRA, Selenium, JUnit, and others, to optimize the testing process.
• Ensure that all tests are conducted according to the technical standards and project requirements defined by the client.
• Participate in planning and review meetings, providing continuous feedback on product quality and suggesting improvements.
• Update and maintain technical documentation related to testing, including test plans, test scripts, and test reports.
• Maintain ongoing communication with key stakeholders to understand business needs, project plans, and to report any risks or necessary alerts for the project's smooth execution.
• Monitor software quality metrics and generate periodic reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with other teams, including development, product, and support, to ensure efficient integration and continuous product development.
• Analyze and identify the impact of new features on existing solutions, conducting tests to verify correct execution and performance.
• Create supplementary documentation as needed, contributing to the continuous improvement of software quality processes.
• Actively share knowledge as part of daily work, aiming to develop competencies within the team.
