Responsibilities and Duties

The main role of the Store Attendant at Swift is to be an expert, focused on providing the best experience and solutions for the customer, acting as Swift’s ambassador.

Key Activities:

• Customer service focused on the best solution for the client;
• Ensuring the best experience with the brand;
• Consultative and specialized selling of products;
• Cash register / POS operation;
• Receiving and storing merchandise;
• Store replenishment;
• FIFO (First In, First Out) organization for incoming products and near expiry;
• Organization of cold storage and dry stock (alignment and labeling);
• Maintaining cleanliness and overall store organization.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Age over 18 years;
• Reside near the training store;
• Availability to work afternoons/nights, weekends, and holidays.

Preferred:

• Complete high school education;
• At least 2 years of experience in sales and customer service;
• Experience in retail segment;
• Courses in sales or customer service.

Additional Notes:

• After approximately 30 days of training at the training store, you will be assigned to a new store within approximately 25 km of the training location; the specific store will be informed during the selection process.
