Qualificações

• 2 years of PSL experience is preferred.
• Active registration with the relevant council (CFT / CRA / equivalents).

Job Duties

Under general supervision, creates, updates, and maintains SAP sales orders for the Product Service Line (PSL) Service Coordinator. Focuses on minimizing pending sales from the sales order of the day. Supports Service Coordinators through specific order processing for payment, plant maintenance, and procurement data entry. Responsible for daily inventory commitment and reconciliation. Troubleshoots and resolves order issues for SAP payment. Works with resource planners to maintain scheduling accuracy and dispatch of work in SAP. Collaborates with resource planners, plant maintenance, and accounting teams to resolve scheduling issues. Creates requisitions as needed and supports processing and transfer of costs to sales orders or MBU. Creates permanent maintenance orders to allocate various item costs to the Mobile Business Unit (MBU). Skills are typically acquired through a high school diploma or similar education and 2 years of PSL experience. Promotes safety awareness and environmental consciousness, complying with all applicable safety and environmental procedures and regulations. Ensures compliance with Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) guidelines. Actively promotes and participates in quality improvement processes.
