Job Description

You will manage a team of material and supply planners in a category, ensuring that mid- to long-term production/material plans are in place for your assigned plants/lines in line with approved business plans.

How You Will Contribute

  1. Prepare short and long-term end-to-end supply chain plans for items produced internally and externally for review and approval.
  2. Manage, coach, and develop a team.
  3. Meet KPIs such as customer fill rate, inventory levels, and waste reduction.
  4. Collaborate with manufacturing, marketing, sales, materials, and replenishment teams to achieve category goals.
  5. Deliver performance against schedules and plans using system tools.
  6. Participate in supply review meetings and escalate issues as needed.
  7. Support and implement planning improvements to meet KPIs.
  8. Lead supply review meetings and continuous improvement initiatives.

What You Will Bring

  • Supply chain, financial, or logistics experience, preferably in FMCG/CPG.
  • Willingness to learn new systems and data analysis.
  • Experience with IBP cycle and supply review processes.
  • Ability to influence cross-functional teams and build effective teams.
  • Knowledge of supply planning best practices and end-to-end supply chain concepts.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Qualifications

  • Experience with o9 solutions, Kinaxis, or OMP.
  • Understanding of E2E planning, including warehousing, transportation, and manufacturing.
  • Ability to analyze data and identify continuous improvement opportunities.
  • Proficiency in report and database analysis.
  • Fluent in English and intermediate Spanish.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and support the adoption of the planning tool and processes.
  • Manage tool performance and resolve issues.
  • Train and onboard team members on system updates.
  • Maintain master data parameters.
  • Support root cause analysis and project management for tool improvements.
  • Support cross-functional projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
