What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead and oversee large-scale Customer Information Systems (CIS) transformation initiatives
- Serve as a strategic advisor to client executives on solution design and implementation
- Direct project teams to ensure quality delivery using global delivery models
- Contribute to client pursuits through proposal development and sales support
- Mentor junior staff and actively contribute to internal knowledge-sharing and thought leadership
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- 15+ years of consulting or utilities industry experience with a focus on CIS solutions
- Program or Solution Leadership role in at least two full-cycle CIS programs for utilities with a customer base exceeding 1 million
- Strong understanding of Meter-to-Cash processes, MDM, AMI, and Grid integration with CIS platforms
- Exceptional communication skills and executive presence
