Quality Progressions is a non-profit Supports Coordination Organization (SCO) in Pennsylvania that locates, coordinates, and monitors support and services for individuals with intellectual disabilities.
Founded in 2004, Quality Progressions has supported over 4,000 individuals throughout Eastern Pennsylvania in achieving competitive employment, participating in their local community, and making meaningful choices in their lives.
Our mission is to be people-driven, committed, and progressive in our relationship to individuals with intellectual disabilities and their families. In this effort, our Supports Coordinators work one-on-one with individuals and their families to ensure that goals identified in their Individual Supports Plan (ISP) are being met.
Supports Coordination is the service of developing, identifying, coordinating, monitoring, and maintaining support and services for individuals with intellectual disabilities and their families.
Our Supports Coordinators engage individuals and their families in the development of plans that ensure their needs and goals are addressed, and life opportunities expanded. We have a strong belief that people with disabilities can achieve outcomes, have value, and contribute to their community. We promote individuality, choice and control.
Individual plans are developed to assist our consumers as they progress toward inclusion, participating in their communities, and achieving a better quality of life. We listen to our clients and their families, offering them choices.
Consumers, family members and Quality Progressions staff are all equal members of one team, working together to provide the best individual support available. We further incorporate this teamwork in our corporate board and Advisory committee.
