This is a hybrid position based in Sao Paulo/SP – Brazil and it reports to a Support Lead.

What you will do

The Support Analyst is responsible for analyzing support requests, classifying and escalating requests according to SOPs, troubleshooting, and providing technical support and guidance. You will also participate in project teams, advising on system improvements, and providing status reports and documentation to department management and business partners:

Key Responsibilities

1. Develop and maintain support documentation for internal and external stakeholders
2. Provide technical support to end-users and troubleshoot issues
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve technical problems
4. Assist in the implementation of new systems and technologies
5. Conduct regular system audits and make recommendations for improvements
6. Conduct feasibility studies, prepare reports, and create solutions to problems
7. Provide status reports, progress reports, and documentation to department management and business partners
8. Demonstrate an understanding of business partner needs, provide project support, and test solutions
9. Contribute to concept design specifications for existing systems
10. Troubleshoot existing program applications
11. Compile and store necessary documentation, support SOPs and user training materials
12. Read and interpret computer logic flowcharts for analysis and integration
13. Monitor quality standards, system availability, and support SLAs
14. Process employee suggestions and ideas for process improvement

Qualifications

What we are looking for

Required Qualifications

1. Master’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science or related field
2. Experience in a similar role
3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
6. Related experience in supporting using JIRA or other support ticket systems
7. Experience in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and other MS office tools required
8. Advanced verbal and written skills in English

Desired Qualifications

1. Experience with Aprimo, Workfront, BrandMaker or a similar Marketing workflow tool is strongly preferred
2. Experience with DAM, PIM, or MRM platforms, and Process Design is a plus
3. Analytical skills and problem-solving skills
4. Experience in large and global enterprises is desirable
5. Advanced verbal and written skills in Spanish
