Qualificações

  • At least 4 years of experience in manufacturing operations with background in supply chain planning.
  • Experience in people management and talent development.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish is mandatory.

Role Purpose:

AsSupply Planner Manager, you will play a key role in Tate and Lyle’s business. Reporting to the Latam Planning, Sr. Manager, you will be responsible for all material management oversight for our Latin America operations. You will lead the supply and production planning team ensuring that products are manufactured and supplied on time keeping a correct level of production and inventory considering all region network to achieve our customers’ satisfaction.

We are looking for a very dynamic professional, people and process oriented, capable to quickly adapt yourself, surpass difficulties into complex scenarios, and establish valuable connections with stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Inventory management for all LATAM region warehouses, plants and third parties.

• Working capital control: inventory turnover, slow move, write-off, days of stock.

• Responsible for replenishment and capacity planning (MPS, MRP, RCCP, CRP) as well as production activity control (PCP) for Tate’s networks (intercompany, factories and tollers).

• Provides coaching/mentorship to the Latin America planning organization, responsible for leading/supporting talent development initiatives.

• Drives cross-functional alignment to resolve demand and supply imbalances to minimize service impacts, changeovers, and over time.

• Ensuring material availability while maintaining cost control and following best practices.

• Parameter management and ensuring the correct use of company's official tools: SAP, TOTVs, APO

• Leads/facilitates key touchpoints with Customer Experience and Operations leaders, including supply review and escalation meetings.

• Drives continuous improvement efforts to elevate the maturity and capabilities of the S&OP (Sales and Operations Planning) cycle in Latin America.

• Supports product life cycle planning activities to facilitate the integration of new product/discontinuation / phase-in / phase-out/product transfer initiatives into the regional supply chain network.

Skills and experience required:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, or related discipline.
  • Strong background using SAP and advanced planning systems (MRP, PCP, DRP).
  • At least 4 years of experience in manufacturing operations with background in supply chain planning, materials management, business process redesign, systems implementations.
  • Experience in people management. Leadership skill to lead and develop talent.
  • Strong background in supply chain planning, with proven track record of leading/elevating Production Planning / Capacity Management processes.
  • High critical sense.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication.
  • Solid understanding of inventory management practices, KPIs and procedures.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills, capable to prepare scenarios and simplify complex issues.
  • English and Spanish advanced or fluent is mandatory.
  • Strong affinity to systems and analytical tools (Excel, Power BI, Fiori).
  • APICS/ASCM certification is a plus.
  • Lean or Six Sigma certification is a plus.
