Job Description

RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Execute deliverables supporting the supply chain organization's business objectives.
2. Guide key areas within the Global Supply Chain to meet or exceed business objectives in customer service, quality, responsiveness, people, product, and financial initiatives.
3. Communicate effectively across all organizational levels, including functions and suppliers.
4. Support relationship management with logistics suppliers and service providers.
5. Assess complex supply chain issues and lead cross-functional teams to resolve them, minimizing impacts on vehicle production.
6. Evaluate supplier schedules and their impact on vehicle assembly.
7. Collaborate across functions to develop innovative solutions.
8. Summarize critical issues with resolutions and communicate to leadership.
9. Handle complex capacity constraint issues to prevent plant disruptions and reduce transportation costs.
10. Analyze metrics related to supplier issues and resolution plans.
11. Work flexibly, including extended hours and travel, to resolve issues.
12. Travel to plant locations as needed for launch and build-out support.
13. Address complete problems and implement innovative strategies.
14. Maintain a deep understanding of Supply Chain functions.

Qualifications:

• Complete higher education in Administration, Logistics, Engineering, or related fields.
• Experience in Supply Chain, preferably in new program development.
• Intermediate proficiency in English.
• Availability to work 3x in SCS.
• Willingness to travel.
• Intermediate proficiency with Office Suite.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Knowledge in Production Control (PCP), material handling.
• Familiarity with digital tools (Python, VBA, Power BI).
• Experience in manufacturing processes.
