Supply Chain Program Manager, Supply Chain Excellence

DESCRIPTION

Amazon.com.br seeks a Program Manager to join our dynamic Retail & Operations Initiatives team. This role will lead improvements in our internal processes to increase product availability for customers by proposing scalable solutions, focusing on Vendor Performance metrics and system parity with global Amazon standards. This position will lead improvements that can reduce the dependency on manual interventions through automation in all product categories in Retail business. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, balancing tactical execution with strategic planning.

In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to build innovative solutions, design and implement automated tools to streamline operations, and develop comprehensive reports and analyses. Your success in this position will directly impact the efficiency and growth of Amazon's operations in Brazil.

Key job responsibilities

1. Define the list of high priority projects to ensure alignment of initiatives and the roadmap;
2. Monitor and execute projects on time and with high quality standards;
3. Effectively communicate project progress within the organization;
4. Work with internal teams to drive system, tools and process improvements/implementation that affect purchasing and vendor management workflow, with emphasis on automating tasks that are currently performed manually;
5. Develop analysis of key business metrics, with emphasis on developing and executing recommendations for improvements;
6. Lead projects from initial development to implementation that will streamline supply systems and processes and drive operational improvements.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

1. Excel experience
2. Experience working with complex data sets
3. Experience communicating results to senior leadership
4. Strong data analysis skills, ability to produce, interpret and draw conclusions from data

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

1. Knowledge of statistics or other analytical techniques
2. Experience with SQL
