Essity in Brazil is seeking a Supply Chain Manager to lead Planning, Inbound Logistics, Warehousing & Distribution, and Customer Service for the country. You will drive the S&OP process and ensure alignment with local, regional, and global stakeholders while balancing service, inventory, costs, and regulatory compliance in a healthcare environment.

Qualificações

  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in supply chain leadership roles within multinational companies.
  • Experience in healthcare, medical devices, pharmaceuticals, or other regulated industries.
  • Strong understanding of planning, inventory management, logistics, customer service, and S&OP.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience in matrix and multicultural environments.
  • Portuguese and English are required; Spanish is a plus.

Supply Chain Manager

Supply Chain Manager As Supply Chain Manager, you will lead the functions of Planning, Inbound Logistics, Warehousing & Distribution, and Customer Service, while driving the S&OP process and ensuring strong alignment across local, regional, and global stakeholders. You will play a key role in supporting business growth by balancing service excellence, inventory efficiency, cost optimization, and regulatory compliance in a highly dynamic and regulated environment.

What You Will Do
  • Lead supply chain operations for Brazil.
  • Drive the S&OP process to balance demand, supply, inventory, and service expectations.
  • Ensure high service levels (OTIF, Fill Rate) while optimizing inventory and minimizing obsolescence risks.

Who You Are
  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in Supply Chain leadership roles within multinational companies.
  • Experience in Healthcare, Medical Devices, Pharmaceuticals, or other regulated industries.
  • Solid understanding of Planning, Inventory Management, Logistics, Customer Service, and S&OP.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience working in matrix and multicultural environments.
  • Knowledge of SAP, planning systems, master data, and business intelligence tools.
  • Portuguese and English are required.
  • Spanish is a plus.
