Intermoor in Brazil seeks an experienced Supply Chain Manager to lead the supply chain function, ensure safe, efficient and commercially successful delivery of products and services, while developing technical capability and supporting business growth.

Based near the Porto Açu area, the role requires leadership of teams, strong knowledge of offshore energy, subsea and marine operations, and collaboration with Operations, Commercial and QHSE to drive value.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 8+ years of supply chain experience in O&G with leadership.
• Experience managing Petrobras contracts.
• Experience in offshore energy, subsea, mooring systems or marine operations.
• Fluent in English (reading, writing, speaking).
• Advanced MS Office; MS Project, Navision.
• Knowledge of project management, supply chain standards and risk management.

Responsabilidades

• Lead, develop and retain a high-performing supply chain team.
• Ensure compliance with policies, ISO management systems and applicable regulatory requirements.
• Provide technical supply chain leadership for offshore mooring, installation, inspection, maintenance and decommissioning projects.
• Support tendering, proposal preparation, project reviews and supply chain assessments.
• Work closely with Operations, Commercial, QHSE and Project Management to deliver projects safely, on schedule and within budget.
• Develop supply chain procedures, standards and lessons learned.
• Manage supply chain resources and specialist subcontractors.
• Support strategic growth initiatives and client engagement.
• Drive continuous improvement, digitalization and supply chain excellence.
• Promote a strong safety culture and visible leadership.

We're looking for an experienced Supply Chain Manager in Brazil. The Supply Chain Manager will lead the supply chain function, ensure safe, efficient and commercially successful delivery of products and services, while developing technical capability, supporting business growth and maintaining compliance with company standards

The successful candidate will be based in a commutable distance to the Porto Açu area.

Duties

• Lead, develop and retain a high-performing supply chain team through recruitment, coaching, succession planning and performance management
• Ensure supply chain activities comply with company policies, ISO management systems and applicable regulatory requirements
• Provide technical supply chain leadership for offshore mooring, installation, inspection, maintenance and decommissioning projects
• Support tendering, proposal preparation, project reviews and supply chain assessments
• Work closely with Operations, Commercial, QHSE and Project Management to deliver projects safely, on schedule and within budget
• Develop supply chain procedures, standards and lessons learned
• Manage supply chain resources and specialist subcontractors

Required

• Bachelor's degree
• 8+ years of supply chain experience in O&G, including leadership of supply chain teams
• Experience managing Petrobras contracts
• Experience in offshore energy, subsea, Port services, mooring systems or marine operations
• Fluent in English - reading, writing, and speaking
• Advanced Microsoft Office; MS Project, Navision
• Knowledge of project management, supply chain standards and risk management
