Job Summary

• We are seeking experienced and strategic Integrated Planning Manager to lead and coordinate our end-to-end planning processes across supply, demand, inventory and production.
• This role is responsible for aligning cross-functional teams ensuring supply chain efficiency, and supporting data-driven decision-making to meet business objectives.
• Executive Leadership in strategic meetings and external partners and suppliers to ensure reliable supply and manage performance.

Areas of Responsibilities:

• Develop and Implement integrated planning strategies that align with company goals and market demand]
• Manage demand forecasting, supply planning, and capacity planning process]
• Support scenario planning and risk assessments to mitigate supply chain disruptions]
• Monitor KPI’s to evaluate planning accuracy, and inventory optimization]
• Utilize tools and ERP system for efficient decision-making and reporting]
• Lead and develop planning team, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence]
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and process optimization within the planning function]

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Economics, or related areas;
• Experience in Integrated, Logistics or Supply Chain Planning;
• Strong analytical and project management skills
• ERP (SAP) and Advanced Excel
