Sibelco is seeking a Production Supervisor for the Jaguaruna site in Brazil. You will lead daily production activities, supervise shifts, and ensure adherence to the local regulatory framework and the approved cost budget.

You will collaborate with multiple disciplines to drive continuous improvement, safety, quality, and sustainable practices while contributing to the company’s growth and success.

Job Description

Supervise, optimize and continuously improve the production activities in the site together with other disciplines, taking into account the local regulations, rules, the permits, the agreed cost budget according to the specifications as agreed with the Sales department.
