Job Title: Supervisor, Physical Security

Job Description

What you will do in this role

As a Physical Security Supervisor on our team, you will:

1. Be accountable for the building, assets, and employees' security, establishing and enforcing access control systems and determining access levels for each area of the company.
2. Act directly with our internal clients and different areas of the company, providing holistic plans and determining achievable deadlines.
3. Manage Physical Security team processes and daily activities for administrative and field staff.
4. Create, review, and update Physical Security related documentation and processes.
5. Manage Physical Security systems and projects such as Access Control (ACS), Closed-Circuit Television (CCTV), Intrusion Detection (IDS), and others related.
6. Manage and control Physical Security CAPEX and OPEX for the year.
7. Attend to internal clients' requests, reports, audits, projects, etc.
8. Work with other Concentrix departments to achieve company goals and projects.

• Have a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Private or Public Security Management or related areas.
• Are proficient or bilingual in Portuguese (native or advanced speaking and writing) and English (advanced speaking and writing).
• Have experience as a Physical Security Supervisor.
• Have high knowledge of Physical Security systems and equipment such as ACS, CCTV, and IDS.
• Are confidential, committed, organized, meticulous, and willing.
• Have soft skills to lead and deal with other people.
• Have schedule flexibility to work at different shifts when needed.
• Possess multitasking and investigative skills.
• Have knowledge of Microsoft Office package.

It will be a plus if you:

• Speak and write Spanish.
• Have certifications in Physical Security systems from Lenel, Genetec, Intelbras, or others.
