How will you contribute to our magical experience?

The Supervisor Paid Media Strategy will be responsible for overseeing and executing digital media strategies across major platforms (Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and programmatic media) for Disney+ launch and subscriber retention campaigns, with a focus on awareness, innovation, and alignment with business objectives.

The Supervisor Paid Media Strategy will be responsible for:

  • Plan and implement digital campaigns (launches, retention, awareness) across major online media platforms (Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and Programmatic).
  • Conduct A/B testing, monitor and optimize creatives and targeting strategies.
  • Develop reports that demonstrate the impact of campaigns and the value generated for the business, providing actionable insights for marketing and creative teams.
  • Track key KPIs: reach, frequency, coverage, engagement, conversion, and retention.
  • Act as a strategic point of contact with partner agencies and key publishers.
  • Educate the local team on digital media trends and innovations.
  • Identify new opportunities for tools or publishers to expand brand presence.
  • Lead budget allocation, monitor billing, and ensure compliance with internal financial routines.
  • Resolve day-to-day operational issues, ensuring smooth execution and high-quality campaign delivery.

What we need from you to be part of this story:

  • 3 years of experience in online marketing, with expertise in awareness and performance campaigns.
  • Experience with platforms such as Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, YouTube, Google Ads, and programmatic media (DV360).
  • Advanced level of English. Intermediate level of Spanish (is a plus).
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, or related fields.
  • Proactive profile with excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and partnership leadership.
  • Curious and consistently engaged with new trends, formats, and digital tools.
  • Experience with A/B testing, creative analysis, report building, and deep understanding of digital media KPIs.
  • Ability to extract insights from data and translate them into strategic actions.
