Job Duties

Under direct supervision, promotes excellent relationships with clients at the work site. Performs calculations necessary for the total work at the well site, as needed. Coordinates the activities of service operators and assistants during equipment assembly and disassembly, and prepares equipment for operations. Provides necessary planning for the work. Ensures customer satisfaction with the services provided. Responsible for safe crane and lifting operations during service delivery. Operates the coiled tubing control console, including explosion prevention equipment, under supervision. May collect and distribute data during operations as needed. Assists in cleaning, repairing, and preparing equipment for the next job. Provides feedback on individual performance levels of subordinates, fostering skill development to improve performance. Properly executed work tasks indirectly impact cost containment, efficiency, profitability, or operations. Errors' consequences are measurable and confined.

Qualifications

- Complete technical course in mechanics, electronics, or related fields.

- Active CFT.

- 2+ years of experience as a supervisor of coiled tubing, coiled tubing operator, pumps, or nitrogen.

- Foreign candidates without CFT must have an apostilled diploma.

- Local contract for Catu and Macaé.

Must possess exceptional skills in the service line and have a general understanding of other service functions. Effective communication skills are required due to the nature of field service work in the oil industry. Promotes safety and environmental awareness. Ensures compliance with Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) standards, practices, and guidelines. Must have excellent knowledge of Halliburton's Management System standards, methods, and processes. Licensing for driving commercial vehicles may be required. Actively promotes and participates in quality improvement processes. Must understand well schematics, analyze computer programs (Insite for Well Intervention), and follow operational procedures. Basic computer skills are preferred.
