Supervisor / Operador N2 e flextubo - Macaé / Catu

Job Duties

1. Under direct supervision, promote excellent relationships with clients at the work site.
2. Perform calculations necessary for total well-site operations as required.
3. Coordinate activities of service operators and assistants during equipment assembly, disassembly, and preparation for jobs.
4. Provide necessary planning for the work.
5. Ensure customer satisfaction with completed work.
6. Operate crane and lifting operations safely during service delivery.
7. Operate the control console for coiled tubing, including explosion prevention equipment, under supervision.
8. Collect and distribute data during operations as needed.
9. Assist in cleaning, repairing, and preparing equipment for subsequent jobs.
10. Provide feedback on subordinate performance levels, fostering on-the-job skill development.
11. Perform work tasks accurately, impacting cost containment, efficiency, profitability, or operations.
12. Understand that errors can have measurable consequences and be confined.

Qualifications

1. Complete technical course in mechanics, electronics, or related fields.
2. Active CFT certification.
3. Over 2 years of experience as a supervisor or operator in flex-tubing, pumps, or nitrogen services.
4. Foreign candidates without CFT must have apostilled credentials.
5. Local contract for Catu and Macaé locations.
6. Exceptional skills within the service line and a general understanding of other service functions.
7. Effective communication skills for field service work.
8. Promote safety and environmental awareness.
9. Ensure compliance with Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) standards, practices, and guidelines.
10. Excellent knowledge of Halliburton's Management System standards, methods, and processes.
11. Possibility of needing a license to operate commercial vehicles.
12. Active participation in quality improvement processes.
13. Ability to understand well schematics, analyze computer programs (e.g., Insite for Well Intervention), and operational procedures.
14. Basic computer skills are preferred.
