CONTEXT AND PROJECT DESCRIPTION:

AVSI Brasil is a non-profit civil society organization established in 2007, focused on improving the living conditions of vulnerable populations. It partners with international cooperation actors, the public sector, and the private sector. Linked to the Italian NGO Fundação AVSI, active in Brazil since the 1980s, its mission is to promote the protagonism of individuals in their development, as well as that of their families and communities. It implements social projects based on a methodology of comprehensive and solidarity development aimed at autonomy and human dignity.

Within its partnership with Grupo Neoenergia, AVSI Brasil provides specialized energy efficiency services to low-income customers, including residential, commercial, and public sector clients across the states of Bahia, Pernambuco, Rio Grande do Norte, São Paulo, and the Federal District.

BRIEF JOB DESCRIPTION:

The role involves activities related to Neoenergia Cosern's energy efficiency projects, with a special focus on the Low-Income Project, implementing energy efficiency actions for low-income audiences. Responsibilities include direct customer service, comprehensive project execution monitoring, documentation management, conducting interviews and field surveys as required. The role also involves monitoring productivity indicators, controlling results, preparing reports, and evaluating and updating procedures and field actions.

KEY ACTIVITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Supervise and guide the team of attendants in executing operational and commercial procedures of the CONTRACTING PARTY, monitoring their performance and promoting continuous improvement actions.
• Monitor productivity indicators, oversee results, and generate reports.
• Evaluate and update procedures and field actions.
• Schedule customer service activities and internal processes.
• Plan and execute activity actions.
• Manage logistics of new and used equipment, including onsite disposal of equipment/lamps when necessary.
• Supply service points with lamps and other materials needed for activities.
• Verify received and stored lamps/equipment.
• Drive owned or rented vehicles to designated locations as per the CONTRACTING PARTY's instructions, on highways and urban roads.
• Follow operational and commercial procedures of the CONTRACTING PARTY.
• Engage with clients of the distribution companies.
